• To verify hosts and guests through KYC

• To enforce platform policies (including host cancellation rules)

• Between guests and hosts — booking details needed to complete a stay
• Payment processors — to process on-platform transactions securely

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.

4. Data retention

We retain account and booking records as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorised reviewers.

7. Children's privacy

Ghar Dost is not intended for users under 18. Accounts must be created by adults. Minors may travel as guests only under a verified adult account holder's booking.
