Identity verification (Aadhaar-based KYC) for hosts and guests before listing properties or confirming bookings.
Verified stay listings
Every listed property goes through profile review, room-class pricing checks, and platform verification before going live.
Secure platform payments
Bookings and payouts are processed on-platform — reducing cash risk and creating a clear payment trail for both parties.
Transparent pricing policy
Silver, Gold, and Platinum price caps are enforced at listing. Once booked, the guest price is locked and cannot be changed.
Host accountability standard
Hosts who cancel 3 consecutive stays or 3 stays within a calendar month are removed from the platform per Ghar Dost policy.
Company backup guarantee
If no verified host is available for a confirmed booking, Ghar Dost arranges an equivalent company stay at the same booked price.
Regulatory alignment
Ghar Dost operates in alignment with applicable Indian laws governing digital platforms, consumer protection, and personal data (including the Information Technology Act and related rules).
We maintain internal audit logs for KYC reviews, booking disputes, and host removal decisions. Formal third-party certifications will be published here as they are obtained.
